Vintage Wedding Card

  This card was made for my cousin's wedding.  The old look makes wedding cards look classic.  I really like the effect the En Francais background stamp gives.  It is so detailed it really looks like a page of French text, and with the edges distressed a little with ink it really pulls the vintage look together. 

   I did a video on this card, it will show you how I use the background stamps.  

    I really like the little paper flowers that you can make with a scallop punch and some card stock.  They are so versatile, you can match any paper, add glitter, or even just ink the edges.  The more you play with it the more tattered it looks.  I have really had fun experimenting with them.

Owl Pillow Box

   I really like this new Owl punch, it is so cute and so many shapes are on it.  I used the little heart that punches out to make the bow.  You could use the Small Tag punch to add any little sentiment you wanted.  I just left it plain so I can grab it when I need a thank you or thinking of you treat.

   The DSP I used is from the Love Birds Simply Scrappin' Kit.  This kit has so many cute card stock stickers.  It also has coordinating chipboard that the stickers will fit perfectly.  I love that about Stampin' Up!.

   I made a video for you to see how I made this cute little box.  One tip is if you want to die cut something with score lines, the Premium Crease Pad is a MUST.  If you don't use it the score lines will sometimes cut, it is not ideal.  Anyway, enjoy.
